Jorge Meneses is a partner of GQM and leads the Public Law – Regulatory area.
His professional practice is focused on complex litigation matters, highlighting his experience in constitutional, contentious regulatory, customs, urban law matters, arbitration and commercial proceedings.
Jorge also has experience in administrative matters, public procurement, corporate governance, expropriations and real estate, leading negotiation processes, in addition to preparing the multiple requirements for Law Reports in matters of his expertise.
Prior to joining GQM, Jorge was a member of the Economic Constitutional Consultant (Consultora Constitucional Económica). He also worked in the legal departments of important companies, in the defence of their interests in lawsuits, project development and interacting with organs of different sectors.
