His practice focuses on a wide variety of corporate governance and other corporate and financial matters, extending to litigation and arbitration in this area, being a reference in the aforementioned subjects.
He forms part of the board of directors of large comanies and foundations, such as: Embotelladora Andina S.A.; Laboratorio Maver S.A.; Fundación Puerto de Ideas; advisor to the board of directors of Banchile Seguros de Vida S.A.; President of the board of directors of Orion Seguros Generales S.A. and founder and director of Fundación Convivir (not-for-profit foundation dedicated to assist those persons with gluten intolerance).
